Privacy / How we handle data
This site does not use Google Analytics, sets no advertising pixels and does not follow you across other sites. Below is exactly what is collected, why, how long it stays and how you can delete it.
Your data is processed by AMC, as the owner and editor of this site.
For any question about your data: info@acord.ba, phone +387 62 233 261.
What you send: your name and e-mail address, and optionally your company, phone number, topic and approximate budget, along with the message itself.
What happens with it: the enquiry arrives by e-mail at info@acord.ba and is written to an internal log on the server at the same time — so it is not lost if the e-mail fails to send. The e-mail we receive also contains the IP address the form was sent from; the internal log does not.
Why: to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.
How long: for as long as the conversation lasts and a reasonable period afterwards. We delete it sooner at your request.
Abuse protection: the form allows at most six submissions per hour from one IP address. The address itself is not stored for this — only its irreversible cryptographic fingerprint.
We measure how many people come to the site and what they look at — with our own tool on our own server. No Google Analytics, no advertising networks and not a single third-party pixel.
What is recorded:
How a returning visit is recognised: by a random number your browser keeps locally (localStorage, key amc_posjetilac). That number is tied to no name, no e-mail and no other detail about you, and on the server it is kept only as an irreversible SHA-256 fingerprint.
IP address: used only while you are on the site, and solely to determine country and city. It is never written into the statistics and is deleted shortly after you leave.
How long: visit statistics are deleted automatically after 30 days.
The site remembers which language you chose (localStorage, key amc-language), so your next visit does not land on the wrong version. That value stays in your browser and is never sent to us.
To determine the country, the IP address is passed to two services:
Only the IP address goes to these services — no name, no e-mail, nothing about what you viewed.
The site is hosted on a server in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH, Nuremberg).
This site sets no cookies — none for tracking, none for advertising, none for measurement. The two things it remembers (your language choice and a random number for visit measurement) live in your browser’s localStorage and never reach any third party.
You can delete them at any time through your browser settings, or simply open the site in a private window. The site keeps working normally.
You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you, its correction or deletion, and to object to processing. Just write to info@acord.ba.
A note on visit statistics: they are anonymous and cannot be linked to a specific person, so we cannot single out “your” data within them. If you prefer not to be measured, clear your localStorage or use a private browser window.
If the way we process data changes, this text changes with it. Last updated: 2 September 2026.
