How we work / From the first question to support
Six steps, each with an approximate duration and a clear result you receive at the end. You know where you are, how much longer it takes and what comes next — no guessing and no surprises on the invoice.
See the stepsDurations are approximate and depend on the scope of the project. Final deadlines are confirmed in the written offer before anything begins.
We listen to how you work today. No sales deck, no jargon and no obligation to continue with us.
We break the scope into items and put a price next to each one. What isn't in the offer isn't in the price — and that is stated plainly.
Before development you see how the site will look and click. We keep changing it until it is right — at this stage changes are free.
We work in short cycles and regularly show you a version you can open. We don't disappear for two months.
We check speed, behaviour on devices and every flow end to end. Then we teach your team to work in the AMC Admin panel.
Going live is not the end of the relationship. We monitor the system, handle upgrades and stay available when a change is needed.
The price is fixed for the agreed scope. If the scope changes, you get the new number first — and only then do we build.
You don't have to call and ask. We report status ourselves and show a version you can open.
Offers, manuals and messages are written so they can be understood without an IT department. If something is unclear, that is on us.
A simpler business website or a template adaptation is usually finished in 2 to 4 weeks. Online shops and internal tools take 4 to 16 weeks depending on features. You get the exact deadline in the offer, before we start.
A short description of what you do, whatever brand material you have (logo, colours, photography) and a few examples of sites you like. If you have none of that — we solve it too, it just takes a little longer.
Small changes are a normal part of the job and go into the next cycle. If a change alters the scope, we stop, write down what it means for price and deadline, and continue only once you confirm.
Yes, that is what the AMC Admin panel is for. Handover includes training and a written manual, and questions about using the panel are not billed by the hour.
All of it. The site is built the way you want it — we propose a solution and explain the reasoning, but you approve the design before development starts, and a feature only goes in once you confirm it. If something is not right, we change it.
We do — redesign, speed-ups, new features or moving off outdated technology. We first review what exists and tell you whether fixing or rebuilding pays off better.
You talk to the people who design and build the solution, with no layers in between.
You get regular reviews of a working product, and every decision stays easy to follow.
Priorities, deadlines and budget are agreed before each stage, with no hidden surprises.
The look and the features come out the way you want them. You approve the proposal before development, and handover includes training and a written manual.
